I truly appreciate the thoughtful guidance, insight, and professional manner that Tania provided during the sale of a home. She was there every step of the way – from tips on getting the property ready for sale (where to invest the money to get the best sales price), properly pricing the home for sale, and marketing the property. When outside resources were needed she opened up her rolodex/made quality introductions. She was also instrumental in helping me evaluate the various offers and stayed with the process until closing occurred and was present until the keys changed hands and then some. She is detail oriented and process driven, even sometimes helping the buyer’s agent along the way to make it all go smooth. We received a full price offer for the home which in my opinion was a bit over what I actually thought the market price was for the house. I totally recommend her if you are considering listing a home for sale or buying a house.

Tania is wonderful! We just closed on selling my mom's home after more than 3 years of conversations. She is patient and compassionate and multiple times went way beyond anyone expectations to help us navigate a complicated process of selling my mom's home after we moved her across the country. Her team helped pack up my mom's belongings and clean out the house to sell. She consistently . We couldn't have done it without her!

Tania is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to everyone! We were first time home buyers and she gave us so much good information, guidance, and help that it made the process so much easier and less stressful. She was always listening to what we were looking for and made sure to tailor her search to our needs. She was very respectful of our price point, and she was so knowledgeable on what to look at during the home tours that there were so many things we would have missed without her! We went to one home and she called a contractor to come out (for free) and discuss the foundation with us, because there were some real issues that she was seeing. This was so helpful in our decision making process because we had all of the information in front of us and could make an informed decision before having to pay for all the inspection and other costs. For the home we ended up purchasing, she has been so helpful with finding us good and respectful contractors to work with and has even followed up with them on our behalf. We felt like we got to work with a friend through the entire process and I wouldn't have changed a thing. She is WONDERFUL and if you're looking for a realtor you will be so happy with Tania as your decision :)

Tania came highly recommended, and after working with her we know why. She helped my wife and I sell our first home. Tania and her team did a wonderful job at marketing our home, they created a beautiful brochure and video walk through. We had 6 excellent offers after 3 days of showings! Tania is simply amazing! She was recommended by our neighbor after she helped sell their house and she was extremely helpful and understanding through the entire process of selling mine. Then she helped us find the perfect new spot to call home. I love that Tania is not only as professional as can be, but she's a terrific mother as well. She understands a busy schedule as she lives one of her own. However, Tania was always able to make time to show us houses on short notice (because yes, I can be impatient :-) ), or else arranged for someone else to meet us at any houses we wanted to see if she had prior commitments! Tania is one of the most genuine people I've ever met and willing to help in any way she can. She made me feel comfortable whenever I had questions or concerns and truly made the process as smooth as possible.
